SFAS 180 is a 6-month intensive program for advanced athletes preparing for Special Forces Assessment and Selection (SFAS). It focuses on peak endurance, strength, power, and durability while minimizing injury risk. BUILT BY EXPERIENCE Developed by a former Green Beret, Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), combining SFAS experience with evidence-based training. SFAS BENCHMARKS Hand Release Push-Ups (2 min): Males 58–62 reps, Females 40–53 reps Plank: 3:20–3:40 Pull-Ups: 6 2-Mile Run: Males 13:22–13:42, Females 15:30–16:00 5-Mile Run: 40 min / competitive 35 min 12-Mile Ruck: 3 hrs / competitive 2:15 hrs *Refer to Army Fitness Score Tables for age/gender for corresponding values. WHAT YOU RECEIVE 6 months of high-intensity SFAS training. Weekly schedules: strength, running, rucking, mobility. Accelerated progression phases for experienced athletes. Deloads to manage fatigue and injury. SFAS-specific performance alignment. MILESTONES 0–2 mo: Transition to selection-specific demands. 3–4 mo: Performance near SFAS benchmarks. 5–6 mo: Sustained performance at or above SFAS standards.
