SFAS 365 is a 12-month program designed to prepare candidates for the physical demands of Special Forces Assessment and Selection (SFAS). It builds strength, endurance, and durability while minimizing injury risk. BUILT BY EXPERIENCE Created by a former Green Beret, Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), combining SFAS experience with evidence-based training. SFAS BENCHMARKS Hand Release Push-Ups (2 min): Males 58–62 reps, Females 40–53 reps Plank: 3:20–3:40 Pull-Ups: 6 2-Mile Run: Males 13:22–13:42, Females 15:30–16:00 5-Mile Run: 40 min / competitive 35 min 12-Mile Ruck: 3 hrs / competitive 2:15 hrs *Refer to Army Fitness Score Tables for age/gender for corresponding values. WHAT YOU RECEIVE Structured 12-month SFAS training. Weekly schedules: strength, running, rucking, mobility. Progression phases with deloads. SFAS-specific performance milestones. MILESTONES 3 mo: aerobic base, movement quality. 6 mo: improved running, rucking, work capacity. 9 mo: near SFAS benchmarks. 12 mo: ready for SFAS. PROGRAM COMPONENTS Endurance: running, rucking, swimming, load carriage. Strength: functional strength, core, injury prevention. Mobility & Recovery: flexibility, movement quality.
